  • Located in Pailhès, in the Lèze valley, this craft brewery was born from the passion of four friends who wanted to create local, organic beers with character.

  • A craft brewery with well-balanced, malty beers, it is committed to the environment and short supply chains. Certified Nature & Progrès, organized as a SCOP and recognized as Valeurs Parc du PNR d'Ariège, it favours local products.
    Soon, a convivial brewpub will be opening its doors for moments of sharing. In the meantime, free visits, direct sales, sales outlets in Ariège and presence at local markets. (Pailhès, Montbrun-Bocage, Carbonne, Muret and Cazères).
