Based in Pailhès, Barbafruit has been both a fruit producer and artisanal processor since 2020. The company is renowned for its organic full-fruit sorbets, renowned for their creamy texture and authentic flavors.
Most of the fruit processed comes from the farm's own orchards, supplemented by carefully selected ingredients. Owners since 2016, the producers have rehabilitated the site and developed stone and pome fruit crops, valorized in sorbets, but also in juices, syrups and artisan jams. Ewes naturally tend the 6 hectares of land. Committed to short circuits, Barbafruit takes part in many local events, supported by the creativity of its team and the loyalty of its customers.
