Croquants farm, located at Bastide de Besplas in Ariège, is a farming project run by a passionate team of 6 people. Since their installation in 2022, they have been producing organic farm produce with total respect for nature.

Their range includes sourdough bread made with their own organic cereal flour and a variety of organic vegetables. They also offer craft beers brewed from their own cereals and organic eggs.
