  • An organic beekeeper for 8 years in Ariège, Martin raises his bees with passion. His hives criss-cross the mountains and valleys to produce authentic honeys: Miel de Haute Montagne, Acacia, Tilleul, Forêt, Bruyère or creamy Sunflower. Each jar reflects the terroir of the Ariège and the meticulous work of the bees. Tasting by appointment at Marioune or purchase at local outlets, including the Mas d'Azil Tourist Office.
