Against a backdrop of concentration in the publishing world, the Maison de papier supports independent and committed publishing houses by offering their catalogs for sale. The bookshop also offers a wide selection of popular literature, children's books and critical essays. All types of books can be ordered on site.

As an independent bookshop, La Maison de Papier aims to help break down the all-too-often elitist culture of books and change the way people look at literature!

Every quarter, Éditions du bout de la ville organizes a series of literary and historical meetings around their latest publication. Each cycle aims to "unfold" the book through a program of lectures, readings and performances. In this way, we explore the different facets of editorial work, the book's themes, their historical roots and their current extensions.
