In her workshop, Fanny crafts pure cocoa butter fair-trade chocolates: ganaches, pralines, mendiants, rochers and gluten-free cookies in a variety of flavors. Local, organic and responsible sweets, designed with the seasons in mind. Order online and pick up at the workshop or take delivery. You can find her creations at local markets (Le Mas d'Azil, Tournefeuille, Montbrun-Bocage) and in the store of the Tourist Office in Le Mas d'Azil, for an essential gourmet break.
